About Natasha
I’m a writer from Stoke-on-Trent, now based by the sea in Brighton, with over a decade of experience turning words into my livelihood.
My career started in the deep end: working on Fleabag and Killing Eve, where I learned how world-class shows are built, torn apart, rebuilt, and sharpened. Since then, I’ve worked across writers’ rooms for Rough Cut, A24, HBO and Netflix, shaping scripts, characters, concepts, jokes and story worlds alongside people like Joel Golby, Jamie Carragher, Jess Bray, Jack Rooke, Steve Stamp, Asim Chaudry, Bella Mackie and Oobah Butler.
I write widely across the BBC, from sketches and radio comedy to podcasts, Beeb content and digital storytelling. I’ve written the last two seasons of BBC Eras (Coldplay and Queen), have an original comedy-drama for BBC Sounds launching in 2026, and I’m currently in writers’ rooms for a new Netflix series, an Amazon IP project (2026) and a new HBO project. I am also currently working with Bridget Jones’ creator, author and scriptwriter Helen Fielding.
Outside TV and audio, I write for brands and live experiences, creating scripts, content, campaigns and narratives for Expedia, Soho House, Nike, Armani Beauty, Adidas, Gucci, Burberry and Glossier. I also develop live-show creative and story for artists at Glastonbury, Coachella and international arena tours.
I’m also the co-host of The Football Book Club, described by Esquire as “the funniest podcast around” and ranked as an Amazon top podcast (again) in 2025. Across the chaos of wrangling three male comedy writers, we’ve welcomed guests including Ivo Graham, Maisie Adam, Rhys James and Steve Bugeja — and yes, I remain the reigning world champion of naming footballers’ favourite motorway service stations.
Most importantly to my family, I’m currently the face of Port Vale for Sky Sports’ 2024/2025 campaign. All of this is, ultimately, a long-running attempt to meet Jennifer Saunders.

Testimonials
“Working with Tash is fun, funny, daft... and yet somehow I am always smarter at the end of it. Her emotional intelligence is such that she manages to make what feels like the funniest conversation I have had all week simultaneously feel like therapy.”
“Natasha’s dedication to her projects, and to getting the truth across in a way that the audience will gobble up regardless of how bleak the subject matter, is unrivalled.”
“Quite funny, actually”
